El nuevo televisor de LG será presentado en la feria de electrónica CES durante enero y tendrá una resolución de 3840 por 2160 píxeles.
Todavía no existe información respecto a precio o disponibilidad, pero se sabe que vendrá con la tecnología de LG Cinema 3D y Smart TV, que permite acceso a contenido multimedia a través de Internet.
El LCD, además de incorporar un software para convertir contenido 2D en 3D a través del televisor, tendrá un sistema de reconocimiento de voz para controlar el televisor, como también contará con la posibilidad de ajustar la profundidad y ángulo del contenido en 3D.
Con más de 8 millones de píxeles, este LCD se suma a aquellos presentados por Sony y JVC, pero es de esperar que más televisores de este tipo sean anunciados en el CES.
